First Meeting

"MAMA!" Lumi shouted, as her arms were reaching out to the sky, just like in her dream.

Lumi facepalmed whilst saying “I’m tired.” before then getting up.

Lumi grabbed her notebook which had a calendar in it and crossed out the current day.

Astvonia shares the same month arrangement as earth with the same names for all months except for December which is called “Kage”. It shares the same name as the person who introduced the calendar, is what people say.

“10 years of having the same dream.” Lumi said as she closed the notebook

Lumi then got up and started getting ready to go and scout around town to recognize the mapping and the town structure. It didn’t take Lumi long to get ready and she headed out to town.

Outside the inn there’s a pole with multiple signs and directions pointing to where the guild’s district, noble area, marketing district, and lastly the schooling district were. It was tough to read as it seemed like the one who made the signs had barely any typography skills at all but it was distinguishable at the very least.

Lumi decided to head to the market district and look around. Once she entered the market district it was of course filled with multiple stalls, ranging from food stalls to butcher shops, even a barber.

“It’s not as crowded in Aetherland as it is here.” Lumi thought to herself before deciding it was too crowded to be explored properly and going back again and entering the guild’s district.

As Lumi entered the guild’s district she noticed multiple departments. “It’s a bit late, isn’t it?” She mumbled as she saw a fire department.

Lumi continued to walk around for a little bit before deciding to head back to the inn to get some rest.

When Lumi was just entering the inn she was staying at, She heard a woman yelling at someone and very aggressively too

“I ASKED YA MULTIPLE TIMES ALREADY. WHERE DID SHE HEAD OUT TO?”

‘I told you already, miss. I don’t know’

Lumi quickly pulled her sword and jumped to the scene “Leave the man alone!”

The woman who looked very buff and had an aggressive reaction on her face only replied “Huh? And who da heck are ya? If ya don’t know where the person Ay’m looking for is then move yer arse out of my way”

Lumi quickly responded “I’ll help you look for them. What’s their name?”

The woman let go of the man’s shirt and walked over to Lumi in a delinquent kind of walk “I think she was called Lurry. Hold on lemme me check that stupid fucking message ay got.”

The woman looked at the message and looked back at Lumi “Her name was Luni.”

Lumi looked at the woman with a shocked face, Trying to hold herself from bursting with laughter. “Yes, Lumi at your service”

“Where da heck were ya? Ya haven’t reported for duty yesterday.”

“Could it be.. Are you general Tia Krul?”

What stood in front of Lumi was a strong tall woman with wolf-like ears, beautiful blonde hair with a black headband, a small but well brushed tail and black shorts. Her green eyes would pull you in without trying.

Tia looked at her with sharp eyes “Of course ay am. Tsk. Get yer arse movin’ already”

Lumi looked at Tia before calmly responding “Isn’t it supposed to be tomorrow ?”

Tia looked at Lumi with a puzzled look but with the same sharp eyes “Hm? Isn’t it the 8th?”

Tia checked the calendar hanging on the wall of the inn realizing it was the 7th. Realizing that she got embarrassed and looked back with an embarrassed look at Lumi and the guy who was still on the ground after she let him go “UGH. both of ya! yer drinks are on me."
